Children's House Classes

Valparaiso Montessori School Children's House program is child focused, creating an individualized learning experience.

At our school the prepared environment provides children with a quiet, peaceful and organized atmosphere rich with learning and hands-on materials. These uniquely crafted “works” in our child sized space meet the needs of the young child – to move, to explore, and to socialize, resulting in developing and building self-esteem. We know that this time is critical for your child’s development and our teachers devote their time to carefully preparing an environment for your child that provides the tools and resources which help each child to develop properly.

Order, concentration, hand-eye coordination, and independence are keys to a child’s future. Freedom to make choices helps empower each child to take on the daunting task of becoming the person he or she is meant to be.

Children's House Education Program Options:
3 Day Half Day – Tue, Wed and Thur 8:30-11:30
5 Day Half Day – Mon thru Fri 8:30-11:30
3 Day Full Day Tue, Wed and Thur 8:00-3:00
5 Day Full Day Mon thru Fri 8:00-3:00

Children's House childcare available from 7:00 am until class begins and after class from 3-5pm for an additional charge.
